All hotel rooms at the Le Château Frontenac in Québec City are available on a first come-first served basis, and all costs will be the responsibility of the attendee(s). Media Information
Media are invited to cover the press conference on October 6 at 10:00 a.m. EDT at Le Château Frontenac. For security purposes, all media are encouraged to pre-register for the press conference by contacting Craig Clark at craig@clarkcommunication.com (616/550-2736). Selected plenary sessions on October 5 are also open to the press. Members of the press must register before the Summit and obtain credentials.
